I'm not a numberfag, and am unfamiliar with all of this, but now I'm curious. So forgive me if this sounds ignorant, but is that "live count" completely full of shit? Or is the YouTube API it (presumably) pulls from full of shit instead? It fluctuates up by 10 subs, down by 3, up by 20, down by 4 again, within seconds. Do that many people actually subscribe or unsubscribe from a channel when they aren't even live?

I kept the site open a while and she gained 100 subs per minute (in a stuttering, up-then-down-then-up way) for a sustained 5 minutes. That is cool to see, but also seems completely arbitrary, even unbelievable?

Not only can she afford to hire a tech helper, the problem she's having can be fixed in like 5 minutes most likely. I could fix her resolution problem if she gives me a little bit of information about how she has her camera set up, but there is no way to get it out of her unless I repeatedly spam the same question through superchats until she answers seriously like that one guy does and I don't want to be annoying. To enable autofocus the setting should be in a menu on the camera but I don't know where exactly and would have to see the actual camera so I can't help her with that.
