I feel it's one-sided, though. Niji generals rarely discuss holos and have guidelines to simply ignore and report tribalists. Meanwhile, most non-general Niji threads made on /vt/, this thread included, quickly fill up with Hololive rrats and shitposting, and Hololive generals famously rage against the detestable, backstabbing nijiniggers all the time. Hololive being much more mainstream and accessible of the two, it tends to draw in the console-warring /v/ crowd, while the local Niji fanbase is much smaller, more varied, seclusive and focused on the hobby itself.
NijiEN isn't going to blow up big enough to really compete with Hololive in the west, so I doubt it's going to change the face of /vt/ much, except invite a new wave of shitposting into Niji threads. I predict NijiEN threads in particular will be unviable as they'll be raided to death for some time after the branch launches.
