Not really. She is one of the top few Nijisanji members. Though, the numbers after once the stream ends are a little more telling. I forget which Nijisanji member it was but there was at 3D debut that had like 45k live viewers but when it ended it was only maybe 60k views racked. Probably 100k if I check back and can remember who it was. It happened recently if memory serves me right. I think she could barely crack 5k on most of her recent videos and one of the lower nijisanji members but at least above 100k subs. Anyway, I'm sure the numbers are huge, but it will mostly be coming from Japanese only viewers would be my guess.
