Okay so I have a couple of concepts for my Vtuber designs.
Generally want chill vibes like Asakura Yoh, or carefree vibes like Sasha from AoT.
I like the design of Maka from Soul Eater so maybe a little bit of her too.
I will be either holding a lollipop in my mouth like Sanji or chewing gum.
My goal is to create a Vtuber harem, and eventually wife one of the major vtubers like Korone or Gura.
My skills are speaking English and Japanese, and doing drugs (not gonna say which ones but most mainstream ones).
I plan to practice singing and rap so maybe that.
I guess I will occasionally do gaming streams also. Fun ones like RPG Maker classics I guess.
I want some quirks, maybe something like only drinking coconut juice.
Serious question here, what would my market be? I don't watch enough male vtubers to understand whether there would be fujos or males watching me. I know Holostars is popular with males but not sure with indie types.

If you think I'm trolling just because I say I do drugs: I don't want to introduce drugs into the seiso vtuber community either. But simultaneously, I dived into the vtuber rabbit hole and discovered how accepting the audience is of the tubers. We loved listening to Mori taking a dump, and we also loved Kagura Mea scratching her asshole and sniffing it. This made me consider bringing in drug culture (one of my only traits) to the vtuber community as something fresh.
The only issue is I can't rap like Mori, so it won't be "cool" or "hip". I won't say I do drugs unless I develop the rap skills.

I've got two (minor) medical issues. One's an auto-immune disorder that mostly visibly manifests in pain, and clumsy fingers, and the other is a neurological condition that essentially makes me super clumsy. There's more to both, but that's the visible part of the issues.
You just need to work around them, and (if they're super visible) be vaguely open about them, so people are aware of the issues.
I'd also consider focusing on offline work, not just streaming. You mentioned art and memes, so that's definitely something to consider, but tutorials, asmr vids, and the like can be a good way to spend even 30 minutes at a time.

Would love to listen to the human element of it, maybe spend a couple minutes at the end of a chapter going over what crazy shit just occurred and what you think will happen next or maybe saying "holy fuck" after an important character dies. This idea most likely works, but it probably isn't the approach I'd like to take. Though I didn't mention that I have a youtube channel with 1.8k subs, but they are stray subs and aren't necessarily there for me. I think I'll multistream for a month to see how that goes.

I get this feeling a lot! it's okay to just take one day at a time. I feel the same way about not wanting pity and I was thinking of not mentioning anything health related but a lot of my experience and life is shaped by it so I think it would be difficult to ignore it completely. I also most likely will never have a consistent schedule and take breaks often and I'd eventually run out of excuses so I decided being upfront is the way to go. I think you also should be open about it. don't be afraid of people looking down you, they are not the kind of people you want around you anyway. I wish you the best of luck!
