If you're serious about streaming and growing the biggest problem I noticed is that you have no consistency. You seem to have a sporadic schedule where you would stream often in a month and then have barely any streams later on. The most important thing is consistency.

You've been doing this for a year now and I think you're spinning your wheels. On a casual glance it's not really what you're doing wrong but what you're not doing. You just arent attracting much of a loyal viewerbase to stick with you and you need to figure out what to offer beyond the basic gaming streams too. Streaming and vtubing is extremely competitive so it's something you'd have to figure it out on the way.

New advice dropped, get it while fresh, try to make friends from lots of sides in the Vtuber community, interact and give back to them.
