I fucking can't stand Ayame. But no other vtuber comes even close in regards to her income vs hours streamed.
Salome will probably be irrelevant a year from now, meanwhile you can bet your ass Ayame will make a small fortune every stream despite barely streaming.

Are you jealous? This sounds like someone who's green with envy.

People lucks out and is born into a wealthy family, literally getting millions just for existing. Do you really think Jeff Bezos' babies work harder than the ones born anywhere else? No. They won the birth lottery.

Life is unfair, the sooner you accept this the sooner you'll be at peace.

You know the last time she went on a long break she said something about how her internet got cut off when she was moving and so she was forced to be on break because of that. And I thought that was forgivable.
Then she went on break again. I'm starting to think she's just making up excuses not to stream.

I notice that another common thread between Sana and Ayame is that on those rare occasions that they do stream, they act really kind and sweet all the time so it makes you feel bad for being angry at them. They aren't off-putting or abrasive like certain others so they're not easy to hate. Which makes it all the more infuriating to know that they don't care about this job. Because it gives off this impression that behind the scenes they're smirking and being two-faced about it while being all sweet on stream. I hate that.

As much as this board schizos over "muh hard work", most fans of any popular streamer don't really give a shit if the streamer goes on a long hiatus. If they liked the streamer, they'll still like them after said hiatus. That's the power of building a successful brand. Sure, she'll lose growth potentiall and some subs/fans, but the core's going to stick with her.
Ayame's not the only holo this applies to, either. I can guarantee you that if FBK or Miko disappears for two months or so, they'd come back to showers of money, too. Same goes for Kuzuha or Kanae or Vox on the Niji side. Or the big name non-vtubers.

Yeah, over a long-enough timescale a nobility that produces nothing but sodomite layabouts for children will eventually either spark a bloody revolt or get annihilated by foreign invaders.

Likewise, as a whole, lazy whores that don't stream and use their fans as ATMs will eventually leave a massive vacuum that will be taken over and exploited by the competition, see how Salome is mindbreaking holobronies.

But this is only over a long enough timescale, and in general. As far as individuals go, life is very unfair. Ayame has set a terrible example by getting away with her bullshit, and her colleagues following in her footsteps has hurt their brand immeasurably. But even if Hololive collapses tomorrow, Ayame herself will be fine. She's a cute, charismatic girl with tons of fans - she doesn't need skills to pay the bills, because once the gravy train dries up she'll just marry up and live off of that in exchange for popping out one or two kids for a rich guy.
