A lot of people will tend to use what some deem a "presentation" voice, in that they are being more mindful about how things are said. This leads to projecting your voice at a different level or inflecting your speech to highlight key words. In turn, some others will find a need to add energy or shift the tone of voice. When I made videos and streamed early on, I projected my voice mych higher to sound happier and welcoming than the harsh reality of my bag ridden eyes.

I'd only be able to suggest things that encourage public speaking like theatre class or debates if you are still in education. Singing is a completely different level of vocal control and will not amend your day to day voice. Speech training is also something to consider, but thats moreso aimed at you Eurofuckers, ESL shotacons and South Americans who communicate like it's a 360 CoD lobby.
