Things with a good balance of high intensity moments and then nothing happening. Doom is actually fine since she has the exploration between the arenas to talk before she has to focus down. It's the same reason why Apex is actually a good stream game as much as I don't really care for it. You have all the time traveling between areas and looting to talk with chat or just storytell in general, and the low lethality means you don't have to be constantly paying close attention to avoid getting one tapped to the dome.

those who are under a company's wing have a contract with a set period of time that they have to be there and work under their conditions, in hololive's case is a period of 1 time and if the talent doesnt renovate that contract the character graduates, which also means the content on their channel is privated and essentially leaving nothing behind there, but if the talent decides to continue going with the character, it will last until they want or they have to graduate because of some unfortunate circumstance, indie vtubers on the other hand decide to be in the character as long as they want because they are not bound by contract and have full control of their character, hope this helps.
