The three of the left have theirs at ~2:24, while the ones from miko have theirs at 3:22. Basically, the longer a stream is, more that ratio falls, as they get further away from the prime time, so the viewers renovation is lower. Someone posted a huge table with like 50 vtubers, separating data for each 1hr video ranges, although I have no idea what to search to find it.

The reason for the redesigns is probably because of merchandising, if Veibae decides to leave Vshojo once her contract is up she'll give up the design she's now using and go back to using her old one or move on to a new one entirely. I believe Kuzuha has that deal with Nijisanji and I wouldn't be surprised if the situation was similiar. It gives Vshojo a percentage in distribution of merchandising a specific model while the chuuba still owns their character concept overall.

Except Mouse only had her S1 model updated for her Vshojo debut and none of her current models really match the merch design.
