Just a personal anecdote, a few years back I got infatuated HARD with a particular streamer. It almost happened overnight, like a switch got flipped and the years of emotional neglect caught up to me all at once. There were a lot of strong emotions (maybe love, idk), but overall it was quite unhealthy. It made me far more depressed than I was before, and thinking about not being with her caused a lot of distress.

But here we are now, and these days I barely tune into her stream anymore. Those feelings I once had are all but gone, and nothing in particular caused it. Over time, the intensity of these parasocial relationships are just impossible to maintain. In a way it's kinda sad that our emotions are so fleeting, but it also might help you find hope for the future to know that some day you will move on.

I really like Gura too, but it's nowhere near as intense and unhealthy as it was last time. Probably in part because my mental state as a whole is much better now. Continuing to work on yourself, as much of a platitude as that has become, will also help make your relationship with her a more healthy and enjoyable one. Hang in there chumbro!
