JP rarely have scuffed streams, unlike the EN girls and they don't talk over each other. JP are also able to avoid looking overproduced and they still come off looking fairly natural.

For the EN girls who grew-up watching Twitch streamers, professionalism is a foreign concept.

On the contrary i would say there's more diversity of topics and opinions in EN's which makes them more interesting by default. JP zatsudans are often talking vaguely about their job, yuribaiting and talking about popular manga/anime of the month; that's it. Feel like they're more stiff and artificially limited in what they talk about and how they talk about it.
For example, it's really difficult to see them criticizing or shitting on whatever kuso game despite being obvious how they didn't like it.
