Birth date effects are very real. They're not huge but there are measurable personality differences between winter and summer births etc. They're consistent cross culturally too. Birth order effects are real too. First child has different personality traits than younger siblings. Astrology extrapolates beyond anything sensible though. It's got almost 0% predictive power. MBTI performs a lot better than that.
