This is always the biggest question, and it's one that, apart from legitimate proof, will always end up as "it depends on how willing one is to accept the case." Like, let me try to paint you an image in your head, yeah?

So typically, when a good Pekora stream finishes with processing you're going to get 1 of 2 results. The first is slightly below the "100k per 1hr stream time" standard you sort of set on the likes of Gura/Pekora/Marine. So if she streams 3 hours, expect 250-280k. If she streams 4 hours, expect 350k-380k. Make sense? That's one, the other is your peak Pekora where you'll get a like 2hr stream that hits 400k. You see this in her 40-50k ccv streams a lot, it's sort of what to expect. That's widely accepted as a standard you get out of Pekora.

The problem with Gura is that she gets those with half the ccv and often in less time than Pekora. Now, people have their reasonings for it (more subs, more opportunities for people to float on in, tourist churn, etc.) and that's perfectly fine, but we can tell from the Towa OW vod that that's not really much of a case. It just seems that EN viewers are flat out being unaccounted for, straight up. So then comes the question of just how much is she being culled, and are people willing to just accept that Gura overperforms no matter HOW bad or good her ccv is. Like again, Pekora's recent vod hit 200k for a 20k stream. Mother simulator is at fucking 400k for being a 11-12k ccv stream. It just comes down to people accepting it and just how much is she really being culled. A cull doesn't have to mean she's like a fucking 50k streamer. It could just mean that she's way closer to Pekora numbers, be it more or less. You could say she's a 20k streamer and that should be enough. But it comes down to how much people want to accept that
