I look at it as the "personification" of them will always be consistent (unless the sex changes and that will NEVER happen after Mel incident) so even if the current ones get fired the girls would probably still refer to their nicknames the same way and the art would be consistent, unless the girls partial doxx and say something like "New EnMa is so nice I love her long red hair" etc. something that would make the artist change the current look because it doesn't match up.

Think of the current art as like their rank and file soldier uniform until one of the girls leaks actual information about their appearance.

That being said yeah I don't think personifying non talent is smart, I do appreciate all COVER staff but it's mostly the girls/boys that are the workhorses and money makers.
