Yeah, now seeing some translated segments it's pretty wild to see her comment that the viewers are fleeing and discuss everything that went wrong in the debut ... 20 minutes into her debut. You'd also think she'd know how to mute Discord notifications after having done any amount of streaming. It's pretty hilarious in hindsight, and probably in hindsight only.
I only have been around since Jan 2021 so I don't know if it was common back then to do more than show sizes and mention interests. Without knowing anything about what they did before this, I can buy the nepotism hire rrat.

Artemis of the Blue's debut was so bad it shit up /hlgg/ and /jp/ to the point where an entire new general was created in /trash/ to contain the people who were disappointed in it. Then it jumpstarted the career of a literal who chuuba streaming on her dad's laptop in bumfuck South Africa just because people here wanted to jump ship to literally anyone else who was debuting at the same time.

At least the fallout birthed /wvt/ and tons of other vtubers far more enjoyable than Artemis, so the debut wasn't all bad.
