eh I used to have a somewhat decent-sized Youtube channel and I can tell you that hearting comments isn't really that big of a deal from the Youtuber's perspective. Some Youtubers just use hearts to mark the comments that they've read, others just use it as a like button.
But for a much larger Youtuber like a Holomem I would be static if I got a heart from them, just because of the sheer volume of comments they probably get.
