Waited until after the final stream to post this. Ria held her first and only members only stream this past week, and stated some things to get off her chest. She blamed herself, saying that she joined Tsunderia for two things, to collab with genmates, and to have management.

She being an introvert never reached out to her Tsunderia members to collab, and only did so when Kallin reached out to her. And as far as management, she was personally managed by PPP, and they have not spoken at all in the past 2 months.

A shame, but her roommate account should do fine, and Gen 2 has a much better shot knowing they have a different manager.

She is graduating to do SOMETHING related to VTubers. We just do not know what. It could be she just wanted to go indie as her roomate and she wasn't allowed to say, however I do not think this is the case.

The known options are nijisanji en being the most likely and right around the time frame she would have to make a choice. There is also the smaller chance she is joining hololive JP. She may not have been forced to graduate for ____ but chose to as being 2, possibly now 3 VTubers would be way too much work. She said she found something she wanted to do, Tsunderia as a group seems to be in a different mindset compared to Kana, and a few members hinted at her return.

Your marketing and branding have so much potential but just fall flat. You don't promote your schedule, or have a real website. You say group leading people to think you are just those silly vtuber club type things... just say agency. Your talent doesn't really promote Tsunderia or does in confusing ways by just saying TsunQuest. Your staff is small and needs to be more active to entice the members to stay at this point.

Tsunderia - you have so much potential and I KNOW you see that. You need to make changes if you want to not fail. Fix your branding, fix the staff issues, and start promoting the company as much as you possibly can leading up to gen 2... if you even survive until then.

No, not really. This thread's culture is a mess and there isn't enough posts to stir away from the doomposting. During actual streams there aren't many posters either. There are massive dead hours since there are two hiatus now, and two talents aren't with the company anymore. When that wasn't the case they all simply overlapped their streams. Tsunderia is in a weird place right now fandomwise. They have a decent following for indies, and they have paypig whales as evidenced by sports week, but not that many creatives (fanartists, youtube clippers) are in the fandom which hurts reach since less secondary content is being produced.

The proxy management I think is a byproduct of the management being so open with the fanbase. Try to think of another group or company who has done stuff like the reddit AMA prior to Gen1 or the slugma business talks. It's incredible that she up and said "send me your stuff and I'll give you feedback" to help the vtuber community when she's clearly so busy already. So people's fandoms aren't just x member, but also emotional investment in the company's success as a whole.

I think the doomposting is bad, but it comes with any lineup changes. Think of how much speculation crap the holo threads went through with the aloe shit, or VOMs with the monoe grad. And now we've had 2 grads and 2 hiatuses in the space of a month.

For fanart juice it would really help to have the members connect with each other more, or have people check out more than one but like >>2262683 said the stream overlaps hurt the chances of people checking out other non-oshi members. I get that there are optimal timeslots for max streaming numbers, so it's hard to say one member should sacrifice for another. (sorry, proxy managing again)
