It depends on the narrative here. If we're talking about an idol/sports anime, Kiara would be the protagonist because she is the underdog chasing her dreams. If it was a coming of age story, Gura would be the protagonist. If it was a typical shonen narrative, Ame would be the protagonist.

Sure... It's cool to be a protagonist but in this case it just feels like they are pushing all the work and responsibility towards Ame which is not something i enjoy.

Most mass collabs are still organized by Kiara. All the fancy tech is done voluntarily by Ame because she has more knowledge about it and actually enjoys being la creatividad. The idea that the others would pick up the slack if she didn't do anything is wrong.
The only thing that can be criticized is that Cover is benefitting immensely from her la creatividad shit while not giving anything back.
