The weird thing is he's an EN but not a lot of people here actually watch him. His audience is like 80% Asian women. Take those out entirely and square this up as "western success" and that equates to only like 100k subs - which would have been very similar to how the other NijiEN waves supported by Western males have gone over this same time span. There's no comparing this to Gura really, there's no comparing this to anything really because it's kind of unprecedented.

Given the track record of weirdly strong foreign influence despite not speaking the language at all (it peters out in a couple months) he'll probably have a shitton of deadsubs in about a year.
