1) This is Japan. Healthy prepared food is easy to get. Get a big fridge & toaster oven and stock up on high protein meal kits.
2) Designate a feeding window of 8 hours during which you can eat and stay completely fasted the remaining 16 hours
3) If drinking, use exclusively carbonated infused water + liquor or purchase Strong Zero or another low calorie Japanese Highball
4) Always drink after eating and exclusively use non greasy foods with a low caloric density to temper the buzz. Again. You're in Japan. Look up "Japanese beer snacks". You like sushi and fish cook so dried fish could work.
5) V tuber viewers are perverts. You know that. Do a weekly RFA stream. You filtered everyone unwilling to show up to stream just for you with your Jump King arc, which gives you a solid core of viewers that will be more than willing to attend RFA even after you've improved to the point it's not just fansa.
6) Learn to fall asleep without alcohol.
7) Take more breaks and use every break to hike a different trail. This will also help fortify your mind. I've never been a less unstable and irritable person than when I hiked at least once a month.
