• After the Mafumafu incident, Rushia should just have stayed patient and wanted for the flames of the scandal to gradually die off. This is standard procedure for entertainment companies when dealing with scandals. Wait for the flames to die off, and then release an official statement. Don’t go the lolcow route, i.e. engaging with trolls and dramafags. If I was YAGOO I would tell her to chill the fuck out.
• Retrieve Kiryu Coco’s manual for graduation. Plan a massive ceremony in advance. Arrange collabs after collabs. Make extensive use of the “WeLoveRushia” hashtag. This way, you go out as a martyr and one of the pillars of Hololive, instead of being expelled as a traitor.
• Since Rushia’s graduation will coincide with the Hololive Super Expo, YAGOO has an excellent chance to make use of the event. Make it so that Rushia’s graduation ceremony is the second day of the Link Your Wish concert. It’s the perfect environment for her graduation ceremony. The fanfare is already there, the audience are already there, all branches of Hololive are already there. Rushia's graduation would have become the Grand Finale of the concert, and she would go out a legend. Before Link Your Wish, Rushia would undergo the same thing Coco did, being evaluated and rated by her fellow coworkers and fans.
• All Sankisei and Yonkisei should be in the 2nd episode.
• Rushia’s performances would be saved for last, since she is the main entrée. Before her, HoloEN and ID would perform in 3D. I will preserve Mori and Kiara in their positions since they are well-known Vsingers, while I would swap Iofi with Moona. I just like to keep kino in the end, after all.
• After the 3D performances of EN and ID, Yonkisei sings Kiseki Knot, starring a guest, the dragon, the myth, the legend herself Kiryu Coco. I’d accept Kson not streaming for a week so she can practice her singing and dancing. Kson not being invited was a disappointment.
• After that, the star of the show, the Grand Finale, Uruha Rushia, appears. Instead of an ordinary idol suit, she gets the most fabulous custom costume ala Kizuna Ai’s last concert. Like her having actual butterfly wings. She sings together with Sankisei, as well as her own solo songs such as Iris.
• At the last performance, everyone dances with Rushia at the centre. Rushia says Sayonara to her audience, and disappears in a swarm of butterflies, amongst a cheering crowd.
