At the end of the day they'd just be whatever in practice. They can make new "units" with the others if they want like Babudon outside of SunTemPo and MaFia. Also, it's easier (for me at least) if the gen part is scrapped because the newcomers can have a reason not to call the others "senpai" (while still having the "kouhai card" like what Oga does take out sometimes to tease his senpais).

Uproar could have their 3D in this year. Gen 5 got theirs 5 months after debut (minus Nene, but she was a special case), and Holox will probably get theirs next month. If Uproar debuts in March they could get theirs in August, but this month is WAY too stacked for anything, so it would probably be better to do in September or even October (only a few birthdays and Rikka was the only one who debuted this month). Still plenty of time before a 2nd Act tho if they do it again in December.

I think it generally goes in order of their singing talent, as the better ones naturally have more complex orisongs. So something like
W.I.M. < Kaze no Sakana + POP-TALK < Silent Night Requiem < BEGINNING < Kaikasengen/Shotting Star < Rikka/Astel < Izuru's stuff
Obviously not a hard "this is harder" ranking, but just what I think would be harder for someone untrained to pick up and learn.
