That's a somewhat succinct way of putting it. I think that Kiara is having a hard time adjusting to being a streamer, where her IRL looks don't matter anymore and now more "homely" girls are her peers. Even if she doesn't mean anything malicious, the natural pecking order dynamic that I'm sure she grew accustomed to is now completely gone and it's just a different world where your personality can't afford to be shit just because you have a cute smile or great rack.
