This model was actually born out of her impatience towards how long she has to wait for the professionally made one. Nade described it as a casual outfit take on the professional one's more fantasy styling. But yes, the general plan is to retire the current model once she has the new one ready.

That's the idea - basically a soft reboot.
Nade commissioned a pro artist and rigger for this white-hair design, but it won't be done for another few months. She got impatient and wants to switch over faster, so she's making a casual-clothes version by herself in the meantime. She's already switched to the deeper voice she was planning to use for it.

Nade made some good progress so far on the rigging so far, but there's still a long ways to go. Hopefully the water situation isn't too serious. It's better to be safe with this kind of thing though, because letting that kind of problem persist can lead to actual damage to the house itself.

If Nade is truely interested in experiencing Saber's story, then the Android/iOS release of Fate/stay night sound like her best bet; Saber's route just so happens to be the one they give you for free too.

I interpreted it as raids being one of the things she's holding off on until she has her new design ready. That way the new form will be the raid target's first impression of her. That could somewhat explain why she won't raid streamers she is already friends with either: she wants as many people as possible to take their first impression from the new design and that includes any audience members in her friend's chats who haven't seen her yet. Hopefully, she doesn't shy away from more collabs while she's still on break from school.

Ah, that's an interpretation that slipped my mind, of course that's a more possible answer. She might be trying to grind the model as much as she can off stream in that case, she did give a sort of timeframe for completing it so it's likely she wants to plan collabs past then.
