My oshi isn't in Hololive, and honestly I love the boys in Holostars more than Hololive, so it would be a dream if I could even just talk to any of the boys. I'm not really sure if I should apply, not because I don't have any skills, rather I don't think it's up to par with what's expected. I don't think I've an issue charisma or speaking wise because I do emceeing for large scale anime events locally, so at least I'm up to date with whatever FotM anime/manga/trend is. Not that amazing of a gamer competitive-wise, although I do decent at souls games and jrpgs. The only relevant game I'm somewhat high level at competitively is pokemon(cringe I know). And the thing that worries me the most is that I don't really stream nor have in depth streaming knowledge. I know how to operate OBS and have streamed for fun, but as mentioned I don't think it's at an acceptable level. Can't sing for shit either, so I'm still unsure to send in an application.

Is streaming experience really that important over everything else? I think Cover should already know by now that simply having "streaming experience" doesn't mean the talent is actually going to stream (see half of EN), or stream the content they said they'd be making.
What about singing? Anyone can sing, but that doesn't mean they can sing good, and honestly there's a good number of holo's who fall under that category. BUT, at least they're having fun and the streams are well received anyway.

I figure if your audition covers your character lore and design well, and you show an upbeat attitude and show a true desire to actually attempt to stream then your chances are good. I've thought about it, but the appeal of HL really only works if you don't have a extensive friend network beforehand that you're okay with essentially dropping while you're shacked up with them.
