If you use advanced/experimental face tracking there should be some options to adjust eye offset if they get a bit wonky. It's a mix of that and resetting model position in my experience.

I'd say for additional color advice, if you don't have experience with color, keep her skin in a human tone. Also take into account color theory. https://www.canva.com/colors/color-wheel/

In terms of anatomy, lower the area of her ribcage down a little, to avoid her looking pregnant, unless that's planned. Also the top of her arms need to be slimmed down. For a regular human they're fine, but for an anime girl they are too chunky.

In addition, if this is a reference to apply for commissions with, don't worry too much about neatness. You're spending so much time cleaning up lines.

If this is for live 2d, stop and learn how to cut those images up before you proceed, otherwise you will waste a significant amount of time. Her hand position could be reconsidered, in addition.

If you are going pngtuber, try drawing a more dynamic, interesting pose. Facing directly into the camera with a stiff resting position is only useful for live2d where your face will do the job of animating.

Overall, right now she really feels like a blank mannequin with a face and outfit drawn over. There is no character personality, apart from the facial expression. Regardless of what this drawing will be used for, here's some things to consider.
1) What is she, in two words, that don't involve a description of how she looks. This should help you with theming accessories, and also later on with general branding.
2) What is her personality? Look up similar characters and see the poses they're drawn in to convey that.

If you are struggling with anatomy and poses, try apps like MagicPoser and Handy.

Again, if this is a live2d drawing please do NOT waste time doing your best line art until you cut up the parts properly. The amount of mangling of your existing art and extra work you will have to do should not be underestimated.

I think it's an issue of being a niche within a niche within a niche and seeing the numbers stacked against them.

Anime (as far as the streaming community goes) is a niche, Vtubing is a niche, and because of the type of niche it is being male that vtubes is a niche on top of that. Think of it like ASMR. Even disregarding the "ASMR" on Twitch, the charts for top ASMR streamers are disproportionately dominated by women. The same goes for things like Cosplay (even SFW/Non-Porn) and similar outlets where the majority of consumers are males and the top producers being female.

The biggest audience are the type of viewers the Nijimales and other top male Indies have, but that's not the easiest group to pander to when you take into account that they're all heavily leaning into a character/persona specifically to target that audience while most normal male streamers are just magnified versions of their off-stream personality aside from a few like Dr. Disrespect, Tyler1, and maybe Asmongold to some degree. Those normal streamers can basically "be themselves" and do whatever they want to do which is what I think most males here would like.

It's not about being "too good", it's being upset they likely won't succeed creating the type of content they want because of the nature of the streaming medium they chose. The issue isn't even "oh they're male", it's "oh, they're anime". Being a Vtuber is both a buff and a debuff for a lot of streamers because while it does guarantee some audience if you're halfway decent and shilling, it pretty much locks you off from the greater audience of Twitch.

I've noticed this as well as I shifted off my "persona" I used streaming and started to just act a bit like myself and create more of the content I wanted to without worrying about attracting a certain audience. I didn't tank in viewers, but some of the people I know were only there because of that persona started coming by a lot less.

Now that I verbalize it, maybe the bait and switch is the best way to go about it? Grow an audience by heavily pandering and then slowly reduce the amount of pandering until you're where you want to be. You'll lose viewers, but you'll still have a much bigger base audience than if you just went in trying to be Vtuber sodapoppin or something.

I have 400 on twitch, and most streams I do get about 10-20 CCV, which is nothing compared to talents that have gotten in before. I just don't know if it's worth it to apply to anything. I can draw and sing at a decent level and speak 3 languages, but judging from all the EOP talents, I think language doesn't really matter in the EN sphere... would they even give my application a shot? I was a lot more energetic and polite because it felt like that was just the right thing to do talking to strangers. It wasn't coomer pandering or anything, but I think I was overly nice to people, think of how most people act when meeting their friend's parents or something for the first time. I don't really know why I was doing it because it definitely wasn't a effort but if I had to guess it was probably a mindset like "this is like customer service, gotta be polite to strangers they're taking out the time to see me".
