Rose case is a bit thorny. What Kokoro told us align partially with another vtuber I followed and had a lot of infighting troubles between new and old fans, which drove her to graduation. Worse when one side actually have a IRL friend involved. So, in the long run is better to call her attention and stablish limits, as you never know when one of those from the other circle will appear and mock new fans.
