It's the Nijisanji way - hire so many people that none of them have enough views to be individually successful

Not to shit on Niji but I really don't like how they throw out so many members in such a short amount of time because it leads to this. It's truly hard to keep track of anyone or to keep the interest of people.
I really feel bad for them even when they probably don't care as much.

The goal of Tazumi is not to make individual livers happy or successful. It's to strengthen Nijisanji's brand power.
This is why in Niji JP you have people under 1k views even though they stream regularly or livers that only stream once or twice a week. Being a liver is not the "once you're in you're set for life" ticket like Hololive. Once you get in you're offered a platform but still have to fight against other livers for views. Only the best streamers can turn the gig in a full time job.
