Firstly, they may not even make stars EN and simply invest in jp. That would be the ideal outcome, as the western "fans" who clamor for them are worse than cancer right now. Secondly, I will now post this because I'm guessing this will be the >starsEN thread for the day and I don't want to bother with shit so I'll nip it in the bud and post the pasta now. If this fucking thing keeps getting bigger at this rate I'll have to start compressing it more and more or some shit.


I'm here to remind you that Westerners don't care about the stars, or your oshi. They don't actually want to watch them, listen to them, or care about their growth. They hate your JP chuuba, they hate your oshi, they hate idols and want them destroyed (while conflating idolfags with gachifags at that), and merely use them as a platform, tool, or for social grandstanding for the sake of social grandstanding. They WILL try to fuck your oshi if Covers recent talent scouts screening ability is anything to go by, and anyone pretending someone like that doesn't exist or is unlikely to apply hasn't spent one day on the internet. I sincerely feel bad for any EN star who just wants to stream have fun sing and generally entertain people without worrying about collab begging, leeching accusations, genmates being sexpests, hate for no reason, people using you as a reason to preach to others about things you don't care about, people trying to give you hand outs as you try your best to improve by your own efforts, people who'll scold you for not collabing with the girls, people who'll scold you for collabing with the girls, people who'll scold you if you don't grandstand like they do, and people who you don't want to have to tell to fuck off with shipping, either mxm or mxf. If you're reading this and you did get in, do yourself a favor and put your foot down HARD from day one and make an example out of these types, or damn all future gens as well as yourself to a fiery, hellish, self-sanctimonious death.

I like Miyabi and Shien. That's not to say I don't like the others too, but those are the ones whose streams I've watched most often. Aruran is growing on me as well after seeing his 3D debut. True SOVL
I watched some clips of their 3D concert too, it had a nice feeling, like a group of friends just having fun performing. It didn't feel so serious, which was nice.
But I'll concede most EN fans are indeed probably of the horrid variety and need to be wrangled. I remember watching Luxiem's debuts with my girlfriend and Vox's chat was so insufferable we both started to feel nauseous. EN chuubas kind of bring it upon themselves too because they're pushovers, look at who Niji is hiring for EN, it's a bunch of soft spoken giggling twinks. These companies need to hire bro types with some actual balls who can put their foot down when they need to. They need chuubas that can have appeal to a male audience too, like what Niji JP has. The only people I see regularly posting about StarsEN are random fucks who don't even watch the current stars. It's not going to happen. They have too many EOP fans and they can't afford do spread them any thinner. They would only make an EN branch if they had a bigger Japanese fanbase, which also isn't happening.
