People keep forgetting the word Virtual Youtuber means any kind if youtubing. Letsplays, blogs, commentaries, skits. Now it's all streams
Before you say 'do your reps', Im an indiefag and I've seen plenty of chuubas doing original content that isnt apexblock. In fact indies are the last bastion of pre-holo culture

I still remeber the old days, when Kaguya Luna and Mirai Akari's videos would have english subtitles for an ESL like myself to understand what they are saying. And when Eilene, Moemi and Yomemi were more active as well...
As much as I love my two Hololive oshis, I wish these five OG ladies could come back to be more active and accesible to ESL's like myself...

The problem with Kizuna Ai is not herself but the business around it. It takes 10 people to produce that kind of content and her income simply isn't enough. If all she does is gaming streams and the occasional karaoke like Nijis or Holos she'd be fine. They also have a mountain of debt to repay due to prior mismanagement.

If she's to continue to exist, they'll have to cut staff further, maybe extra channels and focus on cheaper-to-produce content.
