I don’t know how 4chan works too well, but I’ve posted here before. I was sent two different threads today, this one definitely being the worst.

I want to clarify some things
I wasn’t saying all corporations are bad, I was saying things get messy when you have talent revenue share, like for example selling merch and they take % of it, or they take % of your subs / donos so you’re motivated to get more to equal it out.

My org doesn’t take any of anything I do. If I did merch it would be by myself, paid for myself, and all money to me. I was told that from someone with experience with the system that Hololive takes big cuts of their profits and merch, that’s why I (wrongly) thought they would likely also have people invested in it doing well and would be helping plan and execute on it.

I didn’t mean all corporates are bad, I just meant when people have revenue share of your stuff it gets messy because sometimes it can get out of your hands or people have other priorities.

I don’t have that issue because everything is hands off and I have no % revenue of mine that goes to my company at all, 0.

Idk, I see a lot of names in this thread and shitting on me and maybe it’s deserved but I don’t hate Hololive, Corpos, your Oshi, or any of that.
