YT is trying HARD to be like Instagram. They already added reels (YT shorts) and now are pushing videos playing right from the home screen or search results. Piece of shit site went downhill ever since they forced Google+ to comment/upload videos, good thing I just use yt-dl to download whatever it caughs my attention so I avoid giving them free views.
