I don't want to sound like those schizos who blame everything wrong with hololive to the upper management BUT they are probably the ones who ask Senchou to participate in almost every project of the company.
Marine is one the most important faces of Hololive JP I dare to say more important than even Pekora, besides she has kinda hinted that it's not easy for her to say "No" when offered a project (probably sequels to her previous life as an OL).
She's probably avoiding fucking up her throat these days thanks to the Valentine's Day live event which she can't cancel if she screws up her voice if she streams often these days, I'm pretty sure there will be more of Senchou after the major company events, with the Festival I'm not too worried about as there will be so many talents present that I doubt Marine will need to prepare much as she won't be one of the biggest focuses of the event (unlike with the Sankisei concert)
I just hope that at least by spring at the latest we will have a semi-regular series of streams.

Marine is just depressed because she wants a husband and children and streaming doesnt provide it. thats why she finds excuses not to stream and sabotage herself. she lost the spark and got tired of it. stuck in a rut. the miko doujinshi drama, coco graduation, and other dramas took a toll on her whether she wants to admit it or not.

besides, she's not the only one. most holo girls are tired/depressed nowadays. is there a way of saving them? korone, nene, pekora and many other have expressed feeling down or stressed out in recent times. it's not just senchou. the toll of dramas, life issues, but most importantly the awareness that a little slip or innocent comment might spiral out into a huge anti shitfest stresses them out. for lonely girls in an already fucked up world as it currently is with corona and russian-american tension it is difficult to keep streaming with a smile regularly. some might even simply be burned out and lost passion for vtubing as might be the case with senchou..
only time will tell how this convolution will turn out. will marine become a seasonal streamer appearing once in a month on a corporate mandated collab? i dont want a bleak future like this..

but how do we save them? whats the underlying problem here. is it really lack of partner, corporate limitations, and burn out? or is it simple laziness/lack of motivation as they "made it" already and dont need to push themselves for recognition anymore? In that case we would need a new fresh blood in the industry that would pose serious threat to hololive. A competetive force. Or something similar to what happened during the 4 kings era when mito came around and started streaming. would that motivate hologirls to stream more? or do they just not care about it anymore? is it even possible to repeat hololives success or are we eternally stuck in this limbo? how do we save vtubing? what do we do at this point? just wait and watch as our favourite content creators become more and more distant and stream less and less?
