I have a question. People keep using CCV average as the metric to judge by. But if a vtuber is doing hardly any streams, they can get more CCV because their content is more scarce. So isn't "hours watched" a better metric?

Like if ame streams 10 hours a week, with 8,000 average viewers. But Elira steams 40 hours a week to 2,000 viewers, they should be the same. They both have 80,000 hours watched
