Gwelu has great math streams if you know Japanese, given that he usually has a collab partner that he adapts his stream.
Ollie also occasionally has math study streams, but those streams are more focused on examples and are hampered by her not being knowledgeable about the topic she's talking about. I unironically want a Gwelu + Ollie collab.
Note that generally the amount of mathematical topics covered by vtubers is small, and you'd be better off looking elsewhere.
