If you include music views and SCs (might as well add subs too), then yeah Kiara is higher.

But in terms of CCV and VODs, I think Kiara has higher highs and lower lows because of content choices.
Kiara's content is much more varied than Irys, who basically only does game/singing streams, but she also plays some of the worst games you can stream, whereas Irys is more standard.
This difference is reflected in the VODs they get where Irys always manages to scrape by with at least 100k views, whereas Kiara sometimes has 7 hour VODs that don't have 100k views.

But regardless, there's a lot of comparable videos within the last month, such as TLOZ part 1, Deathloop 1&2, Mountain Shrine (This had call ins) vs Latest Skyrim, Latest Terraria and Both GTA streams. Even the last Minecraft streams are pretty similar at 149k/3:44 vs 129k/3:38. It's pretty even across the board, but if you add in ANY other metric, Kiara blows Irys out of the water, I can hardly think one could consider Irys above her at this point.
