I don't watch Kawaii but CCV is the same around the 2-7k sub mark. Usually, 30-50 live viewers consistently for all small corps which is what I've seen this gen at. For Cyber, the CCV is equal or higher. Chapipi and Yoki are the lowest in the gen but they get those numbers consistently now like PRISM. They also have Emma who regularly gets 200-300 CCV. Inori and Menace I don't watch as much but they should be around 50-80 CCV range. Agency marketing matters though anon... it's why you join one...

I do kind of like Sumi, but she comes off as amateurish, unconfident, naive, etc. I don't think she's ready for Hololive or Nijisanji. Maybe someday, but I think it makes sense for her to just go back to being an indie and get more experience and/or decide if Vtubing is the right path for her.

If you have to use sub counts, the better metric would be CCV divided by sub count. If Shiki at 109k subs or Nene at 96k are getting the same CCV as Menace at 10k or Aoi at 18k, then something is clearly wrong

PRISM has a pretty bad reputations among vtubers for being the most strict small corpo of all by far. Some anons here from /auds/ passed the first step of auditions, read the contract, and decided not to continue.
Basically they're Hololarping much more than even NijiEN, it's as strict as Holo but without the money nor the numbers. Very little choice for schedules, mandatory games, very high share of donations, same issues as hololive to get the rights to play a game, strict on what they can talk about etc. likely good to please hololive audience but hell for the talent.
She likely misjudged how it would be and wanted back to indie.

Many people are inclining pretty well on Twitch actually, by forming small groups and actively networking with the tools provided. Lumi from Cyberlive is leading a part of that pretty hard, just got 1800 gift subs for her 6months subathon.
She manages to get a lot of raids and has been inclining a ton, and even got a managerial position in her own company, she earns more than the rest of the company added up.

Tenma from Phase connect also got a huge boost from somehow managing to network with big IRL streamers.

Chibidoki or Saruei went from almost nothing to 3K-4K in a few months. It's really getting a lot of traction.
