Everyone in Myth brings something unique to the table, regardless whether you like them or not. I love Ina, but in terms of value, she brings the least in her gen to the table. Her saving grace is she can speak JP and is well liked among Gen 5.

IRys is pretty much Holo JP, so she's exempt.

Council has nothing going for them. They can be wiped from existence and nothing of value would be lost.

Gura's a natural entertainer and fulfills the meme lord role without being a stereotypical zoomer, Ina's an excellent artist and grabs those who want a more relaxed streamer, and while Kiara's had her faults she's the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic about being an idol, knows how to maintain stable gachikoi, and is apparently a great friend to a lot of holomem behind the scenes.
Ame, while I love her and her creative efforts, is unstable and burns her fuse too quickly. I feel like if she learned how to stabilize herself she would be a real contender for front-runner of EN with Gura.
Calli is a mixed bag that is an incredible hire on the surface with her musical background, but her rebellious nature goes against the grain at the wrong times and she has a tendency to somewhat be the antithesis of what many people want Hololive to be, for better or for worse. The deeper you dig into the bag, the more pointy rocks you'll find.
Whether or not those rocks are something that will damage EN in the long run is something we'll see from here on out, but a four (possibly five, counting IRyS) out of six isn't bad for a first try.

Cover had clearly lifted the no relationship rule by the time of myth but there's still most likely a hard rule about it staying private, hidden on any channel that can be connected back to your hololive persona, and they cannot come onto any streams (even parents need to be vetted)
