They could've completely eased this into the Western Culture better and made male/female talents the new norm instead of having only a few talents do so. Doing it this late when the company has a mostly female-focused image where females probably 80% of the time only collab with other females in the company, Cover now has gachikois and unicorns potentially raising a temper tantrum. Its a small portion of their fans but I don't know what any of their management expected.
Just kind of feels like they're trying to copy what NijiEN did last minute instead of making it a core part of the branch from the start. They'd be better off just staying female focused entirely I think and just dominate that segment in the west.
