That's actually the thought that made me ask that question. People often say that Hololive is hard carried by their talent but that's probably even more true for VShoujo. Basically, the brand is literally just Vei, IM, and Pink Cat. And the weird thing is despite being on twitch and those 3 being able to cross 5 digit viewers regularly (accounting for raids of course) none of the talents have gotten beyond a 30k viewership except for Nyanners who needed a front page charity stream to do so. It really does feel that VShojo the brand itself doesn't really have value on its own and its perceived value is completely tied to their top 3. I really want them to debut their 2nd gen already so we can get more data on this.

They have merch from Sharkrobot. T-shirts, pins and stuff. It's not particularly high quality. Notably Veibae got an acrylic stand where the stand says "Nyanners" in katakana because apparently none of the merch people actually know how to read katakana. Most of the quality merch has been stuff they commissioned themselves outside of VShojo, like dakis and stuff. The Nendoroid is a welcome change.

The brand name did get entirely noname streamers like Froot into 3k+ and Hime into 1k+ range, so it does for something for sure. It's still probably true that there are there are probably more "Nyanners fans" or "Veibae fans" than there are "VShojo fans", because despite what this board believes about them all being Twitch ewhores who do nothing but talk about uterine lining, they really don't have that much of an unifying identity. Cross platform transfers don't work well. People on YouTube are reluctant to use Twitch for streams and vice versa. If both parties sucked it up they'd have more options at their finger tips, but all they do is split hairs between the two platforms.

Nina and Pomu are starting to use tactics that the smaller corpos are using, or at least the ones that are inclining. In Kawaii Nene is inclining hard, Miori is inclining as well in Tsunderia, but not to the extent of Nene due to not streaming as frequently as Nene.
