Elira brought in 4 people from her old twitch clique and, big surprise, they all turned out to be competent streamers, so people forgive the nepotism hires because they work in the favor of the company.

The Hololive EN hire, for as much as I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, has perhaps the lowest hours streamed in her branch, and contributes fairly little to her wider company. People find it harder to forgive the nepotism because she's subpar as a streamer.
