The issue is that the system is bad at distinguishing people from bots. It's youtube's own system, so any attempt at an automated fix would be equally broken and useless as what's causing this problem in the first place. Well, obviously with NijiEN male success now, I think Nijisanji will change strategy by focusing on male EN vtubers instead. This will be their weapons against HoloEN at least. The next wave will probably bring someone that can help them incline in NA market.
One factor people need to consider is that NijiEN can collab with outside streamers. This means that if they are entertaining enough to stand toe to tor with the biggest streamers, they will incline the whole brand much better than HoloEN with Hololive. NijiEN can only go up from here because theybwill have bigger ceiling.
