It varies depending on who and what content, but usually the monthly ones are around 5 minutes total. It really is just a replacement for superchat. Content isn't much, you get like 3-4 short 10-20s of what's basically just a greeting or 2 lines, then a few slightly longer 1-2 min ones. If you buy the EX one, it's just another 1-2 min voice basically.

If you really want non-filler voices, better to look at the 個人 and 企画 voices. Like にじ文学 is 1500 yen and is much much longer.

If Lulu graduates, I'll have a hard time believing it was on good terms. If they're excited to stream, talking about what they want to do, what projects they have, etc. it's not likely they'll graduate out of nowhere.
