So well there is little to no downside other than they don't give as big of a number buff instantly as some of the others (which is seemingly changing given their newest gen performed better than Tsun and arguably Prism.) Also CL hasn't had any graduations despite everything and the fact at least gen 1 could leave and keep it all according to them. Them and Phase seem like the best options.

Big upside of Phase is that all four EN talents pull weight equally and don't siphon views in case they overlap. Meaning that they all have an incredibly healthy independent viewerbase and no dead weight. Lia used to be the runt of the litter but she came into her own really well.
