We can see that the effects on different chubba's viewership ISN'T consistent. It heavily depends on what % of their userbase has been flagged for the 'delayed review'. The more users flagged, the heavier the %cull. Gura, Pekora and Fubuki managed to withstand the I itiak effects due to the large amount of users that they can cycle through, but eventually even they too will fall elow 10k CCV on the regular as more users are flagged.

What is the best strategy to gain money by translating japanese vtubers? Contact them directly and translate entire streams? Asking for translation commissions, then contacting the vtuber and releasing in their channel? Making my own translation channel?

It sounds a lot like a machine learning algorithm designed to attack the japanese crypto bot streams is hitting everyone else in the crossfire. From what I know about machine learning it would be very easy for for an AI to pick up on these parameters in the crypto JP streams.
