No, what Kana initially said was "she very clearly loves Gura the most out of all of her children". It's true that she draws Gura a lot, but that's also part of her contract. I understand Kana was really upset on her birthday stream but it's worth mentioning Nacho loves her other children too. She even drew Kana not so long after that on her stream even when there was no obligation to do so. Kana is not a part of company who commissioned nacho in the first place anymore and it's like people forget Kana doesn't speak Japanese and Amashiro doesn't know English, so expecting them to be close friends is unrealistic
