I wasn't going to say anything myself but I had this thought as well. If you watch the vod back it's weird. When she falls out of her chair the first time she is out of range of her capture, the model is just lifeless on the screen, presumably because she was on the floor. She says "oww what the fuck" and then comes back into view. So her mic was able to pick up her talking on the floor but somehow not the sound of her whole body hitting the floor in the first place. Then once she is back in view she says she is going to get her mom and then supposedly falls a second time. But after she has already left view you can see her moving the mouse on screen multiple times. So either her mouse is wireless and she for some reason picked it up when she went to go get her mom and then fell with it still in her hand and was just writhing around on the floor with it, or she somehow smacked it off her desk and it happened to land right next to where she fell and then she started fiddling with it while she couldn't get up, or she never actually got up at all when she said she was going to and wasn't just looking at other stuff while unaware that the mouse was still being captured on stream. I don't want to believe she would lie about this but it is strange.
