sana is such a tragedy, despite the low popularity she was by far my favorite at first with her being an anti-numberfag, having a supremely charming attitude, being a huge dork and making those comfy and stupid horoscope streams (it was really fun shitting on other anons for being pancakes instead of muffins), being surprisingly decent at games (e.g. celeste), her shitposting videos and banter with other council members...
then came the month-long break and non-stop animal crossing/pokemon streams which i could not give less of a shit about, and i feel like i don't have much fun with her anymore. i really hope she can regain.

By no means a failure when compared to other corporations in the west. That said, management had no clue what they were doing with a lore heavy approach for streamers, theres a reason why most people don't keep up with that shit outside of gags, and I don't even think Mumei was even able to make use of her "Civilization" trait.
I also dont even know if they knew what made Myth work, if they didn't realize Myth was lightning in a bottle that could never be replicated, or if they thought people would stick around and wait for 5 more streamers to be introduced.
