Obviously from a business perspective you shouldn't refrain from giving your audience whatever they want from you, but there are other appeals to vtubers, such as relatability, storytelling, artistic skills or a combination of factors. If I became a vtuber I'd definitely be boring as shit, but at least I'd show off my autistic hobbies to whoever's interested even if it's just 2 people.
