It'll never stop cause of shitposting but over in the thread you can see more serious ones starting to break. There are those who do have a genuine interest in the trends, these also tend to be the ones who put work into organising data and the shitposters in turn rely on. So if the serious ones give up the whole chain gets fucked up and numberfagging becomes a bit irrelevant.

Unless someone figures out a common percent reduction the data is totally useless. That won't happen though cause waiting room kill, throttling growth and just general random culls mean no comparison can be made in earnest. If it does survive I think VoD views will be valued more yet we also know this is largely fucked up and can take a few days to correct. You'll still be able to sort of see who is big even in CCV and who is reclining but anything in the moment can be handwaved.

Just watched the EN Ochame Kinou, two questions regarding Kiara:
Who the fuck animated her movement? Kronii's looks much more natural and they're both keffiy rigs. Even just a recording of her Live2D would have been better. Also, did the mixer just slap the same autotune on everyone's recording and called it a day? I can tell, since Kiara has a higher base tone that the others and in her case the autotune is extremely noticable because of that, to the point where it affects her volume control.

Not just her, but Kiara has the most noticable difference from her usual voice. At some point she sounds like she sits a meter away from the mic and in the next millisecond she basically swallows her mic with how loud she peaks. It's unreal, honestly. Also she's balanced left for some reason and noticably quieter than Mori in the next part. IRyS and Mumei also sounds quite different than their usual voices. On the other hand, the usual SOVL singers sound fine, so my guess is it's just a shitton of autotune trying to equalize their volume and tone and no afterwork was done.

It have been speculated for a long time now that youtube doesn't count adblock (or rather uBlock adblock was compromised for years now) users I've seen estimates with about 40% more viewers for EN since it's more popular to use extensions like that in the West. There are probably other factors at work with the algorithm, shadowbans and other shenanigans I really hope youtube will improve as a streaming platform this year because I see no good alternative honestly, twitch might be more stable but most holo EN members wouldn't really make it there and they don't seem interested.
